Is a Silent Roof installation affected by wind?

Or how secure is a Silent Roof installation in stormy weather? Below is an image showing the damage Storm Eunice caused to the O2 Arena on 18 February 2022. The storm’s winds shredded sections of the venue’s fabric roof, formerly known as The Millennium Dome.
The second image shows a Silent Roof installation on the 10th floor of a building exposed to the elements, taken shortly after storm Eunice passed through the UK. You can see clearly that the Silent Roof installation was unaffected by the same storm conditions.
